The Company develops and commercializes clean technologies that facilitate the more efficient use of natural resources, and is focused on doing so today in the U.S. ethanol industry by innovating and offering technologies that improve the profitability of licensed ethanol producers. The Company generates revenue by licensing its technologies in exchange for ongoing royalty and other license fees.

The Company’s offices are located at 400 N Walnut Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104. The Company owns and licenses U.S. Patent Nos. 7,601,858, 7,608,729, 8,008,516, 8,008,517, 8,168,037, 8,283,484, 8,679,353, 9,012,668, 9,108,140, 9,212,334, 9,320,990, and 10,655,083 to ethanol producers, for use in licensee-owned processing facilities that integrate into the backend of their corn ethanol facilities to extract corn oil from intermediate co-products, which is then sold by the applicable licensee for use as a feedstock in the production of biodiesel and renewable diesel, among other products. The Company’s licensees then pay a royalty fee to the Company based on the amount of corn oil each licensee produces, and the then-current market value of that corn oil. The Company does not own its licensees’ facilities.
