Marisela Nuno is a native from South LA and a proponent and passionate advocate of the natural and safe healing agents of the marijuana plant she couldn't wait to be at the forefront of the Cannabis industry. Marisela received her major in Sociology from UCLA and is now the CEO of her company International Developers and Engineering Group (IDEG) a full service construction company that specializes in Data Centers, Industrial and Commercial projects. Since 2015 she has served as a Commissioner for the Real Estate Management for the County of Los Angeles aiding in programs as the Mental Health and Department of Social Services in securing long term, stable leases and Real Estate acquisitions. Marisela is dedicated in creating a cannabis platform that provides access to medical, social and economic advantages to women and people of color throughout her community and beyond. In 2015 she joined GreenGro, a publicly traded cannabis company as a business development, acquisition and design build project advisor and now sits on the Board of Directors. Marisela will be among the first Latina women to receive the medical and adult use Cultivation, Distribution and Manufacturing licenses in the City of Los Angeles.

Mark S. Wagner, MD, is the Director of OC Comprehensive Care in Santa Ana. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Irvine with degrees in Biology and Chemistry before attended UCLA School of Medicine. After completing an Emergency Medicine Residency at Harbor UCLA, he practiced Emergency Medicine for 30 years throughout LA and Orange Counties. Dr. Wagner is an advocate for the indigent and underinsured and served as an independent appeals and grievance consultant for a major health insurance plan in the past. At OC Comprehensive Care Dr. Wagner and his associates specialize in treating patients who are very commonly ignored by their primary providers due to chronic pain, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, or other poorly understood conditions. Dr. Wagner has researched the benefits of medicinal hemp and cannabis and consults patients on individualizing their treatment plan utilizing hemp and cannabis to reduce the burden of controlled substances and psychotropic pharmaceuticals that have recognized and sometimes dangerous and lethal consequences. By joining GreenGro Technologies Dr. Wagner will have the ability to research, develop, and market quality branded medicinal hemp and cannabis products.
