GrowLife manufatctures and sells fresh gourmet mushrooms, functional mushroom products and mycology supplies both wholesale and direct to consumers. Its products are sold under the Bridgetown Mushroom brand, which GrowLife acquired in January 2023. This is our sole operating business.
Through the acquisition of Bridgetown Mushrooms, we currently lease 6,000 square feet in Tigard , Oregon where we grow our mushrooms and manufacture mycology supplies across three 2,000 square foot warehouses . Our monthly lease is $6,000 a month and is signed through 12/31/2024.
