Mehran Tavakoli Keshe, nuclear engineer specialized in reactor technology system control, graduate from Queen Mary College, University of London, 1981. Since 2021 he has been developing a new cosmic ray plasma technology in his own private research companies and laboratories. European Patent and International Patent were applied in 2005. Collaborating with a number of countries, governments, military, and nuclear centers for test and development of the technology.
Dr. Kargbo is a Senior Economist with over 25 years experience in developing countries PhD from the University of Illinois, 1983 he served as Governor of the Central Bank of Sierra Leone. He has been technical advisor to the Sierra Leone Government, he has held appointments as associate professor in the university of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada and the University of Sierra Leone. He has worked with the Central Bank and National Development Bank of Sierra Leone as a Senior Researcher and Project Director. He has worked numerous consultancies in project development, implementation and management for small and medium scale industrial development activities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), EEC, UNDP, World Bank, ADB and private enterprises. Dr. Kargbo Served as Secretary of state for the Department of Development and Economic Planning. He coordinated the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) supported emergency recovery projects in the war affected regions of the country. Responsibilities included coordinating and supervising the implementation of relief and emergency recovery activities mainly in health, education, and agriculture, leasing with government line ministries to ensure progress. He has been Sierra Leone ambassador to Brussels and Vatican.
