Mr. Barnhill brings 10+ years C-Level Experience to GHG. He was formerly the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Apollon Formularies, plc, where he is responsible for all company operations in Jamaica, the Caribbean and North America. He was instrumental in the international expansion of the Company to Jamaica in 2015, co-founding Apollon Formularies Jamaica, Ltd with headquarters in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of the West Indies. Mr. Barnhill is also founder and CEO of CBEV Ventures, Inc., a beverage company offering the High Spirits brand of drinks.
Rachel Lu, CPA, U.S. CPA(MA) - CFO Ms. Lu is a financial and business professional with over 10 years' experience in financial management and tax and regulatory compliance. She has a passion in entrepreneurship and has been involved heavily in helping business owners navigate through dynamic and uncertain environments. Prior to joining Global Hemp Group, she has significant financial controller experience with a major international retail chain listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Her experience also includes providing financial reporting services for various early-stage companies in different industries, including mining and technology.
Mr. Lebeuf, is a Partner at the law firm of Dunton Rainville LLP's Montreal office. He practices primarily in securities law, particularly in the areas of institutional and corporate financing, natural resources, fintech, life science, cannabis, as well as in public and private mergers and acquisitions. He represents public issuers, securities brokers, buyers, sellers, bankers, and financial advisors. He provides strategic advice on access to public capital markets, securities, and structured products. Mr. Lebeuf also has extensive experience in corporate transactions, public and private transfers, and institutional funding.
Mr. Huber is an independent corporate and financial consultant who has been involved in all facets of public companies for more than 35 years. He is an experienced director and senior officer who has been involved in the hemp industry since 2014. In addition he has represented public companies in many different sectors, including mining, oil and gas, and technology. He has also provided investor relation services, raised financing in the public markets and built corporate awareness for the companies with which he has been associated.
Veronique Laberge began her career in an accounting firm in 2005. She participated in various certification mandates for private companies. Mrs. Laberge then chose to pursue her career in a management position in the field of professional services, an experience that allows her to acquire solid expertise in the business world. In 2018, Mrs. Laberge returned to professional practice as a self-employed practitioner. Specializing in certification mandates, general accounting and as a consultant for public and private companies, she wishes to support companies in their financial management. Also, a chartered professional accountant and holder of the title of auditor, she now has more than 15 years of experience in professional practice.
Dr. Paul T. Perrault - Director Dr. Perrault is an economist trained in cooperative development (M.A.) and in Rural Development (Ph. D.) (Stanford). After some years of consulting on rural development project in several developing countries, he shifted his career to institutional development. Over the years he participated actively in the creation of several university and training institutions in Rwanda, Nigeria and Cote d'Ivoire. Moreover, he contributed to the strengthening of agricultural research organizations, principally in Africa, as a researcher then as a program director at the International Service for National Agricultural Research (1990-2004), a CGIAR institution. These experiences have shaped his perspective in managing and developing world institutions.
Aurelio Useche leverages over 20 years of senior management experience including COO, CFO and CEO in several private and publicly traded corporations in manufacturing, mining exploration, consumer goods and entertainment. Mr. Useche is a CPA, CMA and a graduate of the executive MBA program at Queen's University School of Business. Mr. Useche is also a graduate of the Corporate Directors program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Business and of the Masters Certificate program in Risk Management program at York University's Schulich School of Business.

The Company is developing sustainable and green value-added industrial hemp products utilizing the processing of the entirety of the hemp plant for multi-merchantable applications. With GHG's expanded scope of business into natural biologic therapeutics having acquired the exclusive North America licensing of patents and IP from Apollon Formularies plc, a UK-based international pharmaceutical company developing cancer treatments from natural biologics, which to date have shown successful independent, third-party results in pre-clinical testing. GHG will look to begin sub-licensing this IP throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico where legally permitted to do so.
